1.  Pick your date and sign up here below. 
   
2.   Make sure you have plenty of help. Set up and clean up takes longer than you might think.
   
3. Make sure you have enough food for all. At the Saturday 5:15pm Mass you can expect 30 - 40 people. At the Sunday 10:100am Mass expect 40 - 50 people.
4. You will need to provide drinks as well. Suggestion - some juice for the children. Your choice of drinks and water for the adults.  Coffee is provided. Reach out the Al Smith ([email protected]) for instructions on    the operation of the coffee pots that is available in the kitchen.
5. Table cloths, paper plates, plastic and paper cups are available. Check the cupboards in the kitchen  to make sure you have what you will need, or contact the office if you have questions.
6. It is recommended that you attend mass other than the one you are hosting. The set up time is usually 45 to 60 minutes.
7. You can set up for people to be served or you can have it as self serve. 
8. You can use any equipment available in the kitchen (knives, cutting boards, pots, pans, ovens, microwave). There are also serving platter and utensils available.
9. Clean up will be required. Everything from the kitchen must be washed, dried and put away. Nothing must be left on the counters.
10. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call the office by the Thursday before the event.
